Wire and Wood is a three day event in downtown Alpharetta, Georgia. Nationally recognized singer-songwriters will gather together for concerts on Three (3) Stages to perform their original songs giving music lovers a behind-the-scenes look at the stories that inspired country, rock, blues, Americana and bluegrass songs.
Pack up the blankets, lawn chairs and kids and come on out to Rock Mill Park for a fun family evening! Join us for good old-fashioned stories and sing-alongs led by a seasoned storyteller and entertainer. Hot chocolate, coffee, s’mores and a craft are included in this family friendly event! Space is limited.

The Recreation and Parks Department is holding a second open house to gather ideas for the future use of the former Alpharetta Library located on Mayfield and Canton. One of the ideas that is being proposed by a group of citizens is to create a community Arts Center.
