Wills Park Master Plan

We are now embarking on the second phase of the Wills Park Master Planning Process. We value your input and participation at every step along the way, and want to keep you informed. Please note that the plan below is a DRAFT, and we are asking for your input and ideas. Community Input Sessions and workshops will be held in September. The Master Plan is scheduled to be approved by the Recreation Commission and Council in October. Upcoming Meeting Dates

These meetings are opportunities for you to express your thoughts and comments on this phase of the planning process.

  • September 11 – 6:00 pm Recreation Commission public input meeting.
  • September 17 – 6:30 pm City Council Workshop 
  • October 9 – 7:00 pm Recreation Commission Meeting (Plan up for vote)
  • October 15 – 6:30 pm City Council Meeting (Plan up for vote)

  • Wacky World playground upgraded and more inclusive

  • Bigger and better Waggy World Dog Park

  • Expanded Community Center

  • Park entrance improvements

  • Enhanced place-making around park
